Thank you for your interest in Kid zoo Child Development Center and Preschool. We are privately owned and operated for over 39 years at the same location. Kid zoo Child Development Center and Preschool is centrally located just minutes from uptown Charlotte. Due to our reputation and quality program we currently serve many surrounding communities including Harrisburg, Huntersville, Mint Hill, Matthews Monroe and Rock Hill South Carolina.

Our success and our children’s success has allowed our family to grow to more than 2700 members. Former students are graduating from top colleges all over the country and becoming productive members of society. We believe foundation is key and our goal is to provide each and every student the opportunity to develop and grow to his or her fullest potential.

At Kid zoo Child Development Center and Pre-school, we believe in providing a loving and caring environment as the base to building a solid foundation of self-esteem, confidence, and overall health and well-being. We will work to enhance our children’s enjoyment and development throughout their early childhood years, which we believe will ultimately allow them to fulfill their individual potential in society.

All children are entitled to quality education and care, and therefore we will endeavor to provide these by striving to achieve the best care at all times. A child’s learning is highly valuable to later life competencies, and therefore we will facilitate experiences that nurture development across all areas. We believe that children are individuals within a group. Implementing a tried and true curriculum allowing each child to learn at its own pace. Learning best takes place amongst peers in a social environment, and we will encourage all of our children to establish and maintain relationships with each other, their teachers and caregivers.
